GWBS Doubles Tournament
GWBS tournament director, Johnnie Jones would like to
thank our members and Eastern Region senates who participated in
our 2010 tournament. Special thanks to the senates and members who
braved the snowy highways to bowl in our tournament. We would also like to
thank the management and staff of Parkland Bowl and GWBS tournament
volunteers. You all helped make this a successful tournament.
The winners of the Hammer Chalk bowling ball raffle were
Eva Baker and Reggie Harrison.

New TNBA Awards Requirement
Honor scores must be bowled in a TNBA
sanctioned league or tournment to receive TNBA awards. Check with your league
secretary to make sure your league is TNBA sanctioned. See TNBA
League Certification for additional information.

TNBA Queen
Robin Brown-Holt was crowned TNBA Queen on Friday, May 29 in Ft.
Lauderdale, FL. She raised $34,400.99, the
most ever raised by a GWBS and National Queen contestant.
Congratulations to Robin and her committee, their hard work and those cakes

Hill Strikers # 16 Place 2nd in AJR Rolloff
Congratulations
to the Silver Hill Strikers #16, who placed 2nd in the AJR Rolloff in Ft.
Lauderdale. The team: Victoria
Bush, Brandon Lowe, Lamont Pearson Jr. Dominique Thompson. The East Team was
defeated by the West Team, in the stair-step final with a score of 942 to
759.
